You can contact the Koji team by email to request a refund for a transaction.
Log into your Koji account and click your profile icon to open the main menu.
Go to KojiPay Wallet.
You should see a list of Recent Transactions.
Tap the transaction for which you would like a refund.
Tap Get support.
If this is the first time you’ve used this contact method, a list of standard email services is displayed.
Choose the email account you want to use.
If your email service is listed, select it and log in. For example, if you use Gmail, select Google from the list. You will be prompted to log into your Google account.
If your email service is not listed, select Other account or Advanced setup, and follow the on-screen instructions for more options.
