Refund guidelines

Koji reserves the right not to issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Products or services successfully purchased and received (if you have concerns about the quality of a purchase you made, please contact the seller)

  • Purchases more than 30 days old at the time of a refund request

  • Transactions made via Tip Jar+ or other templates intended as donation platforms

You can contact the Koji team by email to request a refund for an eligible transaction by:

  1. Logging into your Koji account and click your profile icon to open the main menu.

  2. Going to KojiPay Wallet and selecting the transaction for which you would like a refund.

  3. Tapping Get support, and selecting the contact method to get in touch with us if needed.
